I received a different product and so far I have not received a reply to my email
Sadly the first version of the Cr10 did not support a auto leveling sensor so I had to upgrade my Mainboard. It took some time to figure everything out but in the end it works great and makes printing a lot more enjoyable :)

I used the CR-touch to replace my BL-Touch on my dual Z-axis Ender 3V2 with the latest Marlin 2.1.1 software. The cable and firmware setup worked for the CR-Touch as well (although afterwards I changed the position offset of the CR-touch to the nozzle as it is 4mm closer to the front of the printer than the BL-touch was). Also had to change the bracket for CR-touch because it has the connector on top and the provided bracket has a cutout in it for the connector. I created a macro that ran the G30 command 100 times and compared the BL-touch results to the CR-touch results and found that the CR-touch results were consistent while the BL-touch had slight variations in results. So I am very happy with this upgrade.

Printer works greately, pretty much all i needed. However it Has a flaw: the Tiny structures such as lego axle slots aren't accurate, to the point they're unusable without proper sculpting. This makes the printing a little longer (removing the overloads of filament). Overall the Perfect printer for the price tag.
Na uitpakken, opbouwen, en starten van de printer mijn eerste print gemaakt. Perfect.
De printer werkt perfect en maakt weinig geluid. mijn vorige printer was de Ender3 V1. Maar deze is 10x beter.
Suite a un soucis avec ma kc1 (erreur de ma part) et étant indépendant, j'ai envoyé un mail s'il n'y avait pas moyen de pouvoir racheter rapidement une pièce. Depuis l'envoie du mail, je n'ai toujours pas reçu de réponse...
Quand on est indépendant et que l'on achète une imprimante à ce prix, c'est comme même un minimum de recevoir une réponse à notre demande même si elle est négative....
I still haven't received my order. And the support service hasn’t been able to tell me where my order is for a week now.
