IN GENERAL

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Crealitylcd will provide a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible.
If the printer has any problem, give us a video to show it, also please take a picture of the serial number(barcode).

🤗Returns for refund or exchange

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all parts & accessories included and all original tags and labels attached.

🤗Returns process

To return an item, please email customer service at service@creality.shop to obtain the address information you need regarding of returning the products. Please place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return through a trackable method. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
After the 30-day refund/exchange window has expired, your only recourse regarding the products is through our warranty.

About 3D printer products. We provide free replacement of extruder kits within 3 months, and provide a 1-year warranty for all major parts including the motherboard, motor, screen display and hotbed.
Please contact the online customer service in advance for any return request for damage.

Regarding the returned printer, we do not undertake the shipping costs if it's not the printer itself problem, and if the return to China is required, we also do not take the tax that may occur.

Except for logistics reasons. If the customer does not want/the customer directly rejects the package/returns for personal reasons after delivery (must be in a new state), you may need to bear the freight sent by the seller and the cost of the package return.

Before returning the product, please take a picture of the product and provide it with us.
After the return request is approved:
After you return the product, it may take up to 25 days for us to receive the product. After our operation center receives the goods, it will take 2 business days to process the refund, and the refund amount will take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account.

🤗Quality-related issues

Regarding defective or damaged products, please don't hesitate to contact us at the customer service channels below to acquire technical support, refund, or exchange.
When contacting our customer service team, the buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase (the order number from online crealitylcd shop), tell us which product you purchased, and describe the problem as clearly as possible through text, images or short videos. This will help our team to process your inquiries and help you solve the problems more efficiently.

 

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations
Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
Buyer’s accidental returns
Returning personal items
Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Creality3D quality control to be in working condition
Returning defective items in international shipping
Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

Part Replacement for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Crealitylcd are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase. Replacement part provided by Crealitylcd may not be new, but it will be in good working order and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part’s warranty. A replacement part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product’s warranty.

Part Replacement for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Creality3D are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase. Replacement part provided by Creality3D may not be new, but it will be in good working order and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part’s warranty. A replacement part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product’s warranty.
